SERVER RULE 01

AGE REQUIREMENT (18+)

This is an 18+ server. Anyone under 18 will be temporarily banned until they turn 18. For everyone's safety, the admin team may request age verification at any time. Lying about your age will result in a permanent ban.

SERVER RULE 02

ENGLISH ONLY

All communication in the server must be in English. This includes chat, voice channels, status messages, and nicknames.

SERVER RULE 03

USE THE CORRECT CHANNELS

Please keep topics in their intended channels to keep everything organised and easy to follow.

Can't find the right channel? Ask an admin and we'll help. Posting in the wrong channel occasionally isn't a big deal — you'll just be politely redirected.

SERVER RULE 04

BE RESPECTFUL — NO HARASSMENT, TOXICITY OR DISCRIMINATION

Do not harass, bully, argue aggressively, or be toxic toward other members. No racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of hate speech or discrimination.

We want everyone to feel welcome and safe. Being “edgy” or trying to trigger people is not welcome here.

SERVER RULE 05

KEEP TOPICS LIGHT & POSITIVE

This server is meant to be a fun, chill space. Do not post or discuss:

• Violent, graphic, offensive, controversial, political, religious, or disturbing content
• Drug use, drug talk, or any substance-related topics
• Self-harm, suicide, or heavy mental health trauma dumping

We're here to have a good time and make friends — let's keep the vibe positive.

SERVER RULE 06

NO SPAMMING OR MALICIOUS CONTENT

• No large blocks of text, excessive emojis, or flooding the chat
• No spamming the soundboard in voice channels — repeated misuse will result in your soundboard privileges being removed
• No phishing links, malware, scams, or suspicious files
• No unsolicited DM advertising or mass pings

SERVER RULE 07

RESPECT ADMIN & MOD DECISIONS

Do not interfere with staff duties. If something needs attention, ping or message an admin — we will handle it. Admins reserve the right to make good-faith judgment calls on any situation to protect the server and its members.

SERVER RULE 08

NO PUTTING OTHERS DOWN, GUILT-TRIPPING OR ATTENTION-SEEKING

• No spam-pinging members
• No guilt-tripping people for not including you
• No making others feel bad or anxious

Everyone is here to enjoy themselves. We're all human — sometimes we're busy or just not in the mood.

SERVER RULE 09

SELF-PROMO CHANNEL RULES

The #self-promo channel is only for promoting your streaming accounts (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Do not promote your personal Discord server, group chats, or other communities unless you have explicit permission from an admin first.

SERVER RULE 10

NO NSFW OR SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT

This includes images, videos, voice chat, nicknames, or jokes. Keep it PG-13 at most.

SERVER RULE 11

RESPECT PRIVACY

Do not share other members' personal information (real names, locations, photos, etc.) without their clear consent. Do not record voice chats without everyone's permission.

SERVER RULE 12

VOICE CHAT ETIQUETTE

Voice channels should remain fun and comfortable for all members. Please:

• No earblast, screaming, yelling, or loud disruptive sounds
• Do not play music, videos, YouTube, or any audio through your mic
• Keep background noise to a minimum (push-to-talk is highly recommended)
• Avoid constantly talking over others or dominating the conversation
• Be respectful and keep the overall vibe positive and inclusive

SERVER RULE 13

ADMIN DISCRETION

Not every possible situation is listed here. If an admin warns you or tells you to stop doing something, you are expected to listen — even if it's not explicitly written in these rules. Our goal is to keep the server fun and safe for everyone.

SERVER RULE 14

NO BAN EVASION, FAKE ACCOUNTS OR IMPERSONATION

Do not create or use another account to avoid a warning, mute, kick or ban. Do not impersonate members, admins, the Bally Up Gang, or create a deceptive profile. Coordinated raids and helping someone evade an enforcement action are also prohibited.
