The Bally Up Gang merch store is preparing for its first drop. Products marked Coming Soon cannot be ordered and no payment is collected. Final product prices, sizes, stock and dispatch information will be shown before checkout opens.
When merch checkout launches, the full order total, currency, delivery cost and available payment methods will be displayed before you confirm payment. A successful order will receive an on-screen confirmation and an order reference. Never send card details or banking passwords through Discord.
Ballyverse Premium has three tiers: Bronze $3, Silver $5 and Gold $10 AUD per month. It renews each month and the saved payment method is charged until the subscriber cancels. The recurring price, currency and billing timing are shown again in the secure payment provider's secure checkout before payment is confirmed. Premium features unlock only after Stripe or PayPal confirms an active subscription.
Subscribers can update their payment method, view invoices or cancel online from Manage Subscription in the Premium Lounge. A cancellation stops future renewals and Premium normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Payments already made are not normally refunded for a change of mind, but this does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a recurring payment fails or the subscription is no longer active, paid Premium access may pause. Current Premium features are listed before signup. Subscribers will be told before a material price change takes effect and can cancel before the next charge. Premium access assigned directly by a Ballyverse admin is separate and is not billed.
An active member with a dated access period may choose a one-off early renewal at their current tier price: A$3 Bronze, A$5 Silver or A$10 Gold. Each confirmed early-renewal payment adds one calendar month after the member's latest protected access date. It does not replace, cancel or alter an existing recurring subscription. Pending, cancelled, failed, refunded or reversed payments do not add renewal time.
Donations are optional one-off contributions processed through PayPal. They do not start a subscription, purchase Premium membership, guarantee event entry or change a person's standing in the community. The amount and AUD currency are shown before the donor approves payment.
If a donation was made by mistake, contact balliedupgang@gmail.com promptly with the PayPal transaction reference. Any refund rights that apply under law are unaffected. Bally Up Gang never asks donors to send a PayPal password, card number or one-time security code.
Available destinations, shipping prices, estimated dispatch times and tracking options will be published before the first drop opens. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by the carrier or the destination.
Purchases will be covered by the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the problem.
A separate change-of-mind and sizing policy will be published before checkout opens. Nothing on this site is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Sign in with ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI through the site's hosting platform. After you sign in, Bally Up Gang receives your account email address and, when available, the name attached to that sign-in. The site does not receive your ChatGPT password, recovery codes or payment details. The site also stores profile information you choose to add, including your Ballyverse display name, tagline, gamertag, favourite platform, profile style, bio, social handles, privacy preferences, profile picture and profile banner. Creators who request Bally Live access may also provide a Discord display name, channel handles, links and a short creator introduction. If you make a purchase in the future, contact, delivery and order details will also be needed to complete and support that order. When a member starts Premium, the selected provider—Stripe or PayPal—receives the contact and payment information needed to create, bill and manage the subscription. Bally Up Gang stores provider customer, subscription, status and billing-period references, but does not receive the full payment card number or PayPal password.
Information is used to run member accounts, provide requested features, protect the site, moderate public content, support orders and respond to problems. Bally Up Gang does not sell member information. Necessary service providers may process limited information to provide sign-in, hosting, storage, security, payment or delivery services. Depending on their infrastructure, those providers may process information in Australia and overseas, including the United States.
Approved Bally Live details are displayed publicly so visitors can discover and visit the creator's channels. The site may ask supported streaming platforms whether an approved channel is currently live and display public stream information such as its title, category, thumbnail and viewer count. Account email addresses and private admin review notes are not shown on the public live board.
Essential session technology is used to keep signed-in visitors secure. The merch preview also stores cart choices on the visitor's device. Bally Up Gang does not currently use advertising cookies or sell browsing activity.
You control the display name, profile details, privacy options, profile picture and profile banner you add. Public profile text is checked against the community rules, and reported profiles may be hidden or edited by an admin. Do not upload another person's private information or content you do not have permission to use. You can change your profile through your member account. Contact an admin if you need help with account data or want to request access, correction or deletion. Account and profile data is kept while the account is active. Some security, score, event, order or administrative records may be retained where reasonably needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. Information that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted or de-identified where practical.
Email balliedupgang@gmail.com to ask what personal information Bally Up Gang holds about you, request a correction, ask for account deletion or make a privacy complaint. Include the email address connected to your Ballyverse account, but never send a password, one-time code or identity document. The team will confirm the request and explain any information that must be retained.
Bally Up Gang operates ballyupgang.com and can currently be contacted at balliedupgang@gmail.com. Before checkout opens, the store will publish the operator's legal or registered business name, ABN or ACN if applicable, business contact details, GST and currency treatment, fulfilment location and final customer-service process. Every completed order will receive a receipt or order confirmation containing the required business and transaction details.
Contact a Bally Up Gang admin through the official Discord for account, privacy or store support. After the store opens, include your order reference and a clear description of the problem. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or identity documents through Discord.
